A turnkey project including all services, it comprised of 1273 Married Accommodation dwelling units of various categories for various ranks of Army staff. With 21kms of pipelines laid out for water supply and sewage disposal and 25kms of Road, the work site fanned all around the town of Jabalpur spreading over 11 pockets.The project included 6 overhead tanks ranging from 1.5 lakh liter to 4L liter (which were completed in 10 months). The complete project was finished in a span of remarkable two and a half years.
